Our Smile Box workshops are designed to inspire, educate and support individuals and teams with a wide range of topics tailored to wellbeing and personal development.
Popular workshop content includes self care, wellbeing in the workplace, male mental health, women’s health (including menopause), neurodiversity, confidence and self esteem, social media awareness and financial wellbeing. Each workshop is created to provide practical strategies, meaningful discussion and a positive experience that leaves participants feeling supported, informed and motivated.
