Meet Donna- our Chief Joy-Spreader, Idea-Juggler, and all-round Smile Box superstar!

She’s the brains behind the business, always dreaming up fresh ideas to keep the magic flowing. From handing out enthusiastic high fives to delivering new product launches and partnerships, Donna’s the powerhouse keeping things ticking and twinkling. She also loves a practical joke or two and has an (unhealthy) obsession with buying stationery.

When she’s not sprinkling joy at work, you’ll find her getting excited about Christmas and glitter, having fun on a road trip, or striding through the countryside with her partner-in-crime, Mo the Border Collie – who’s just as bonkers and brilliant as she is.
